A good news week!

While this week was hectic and eventful, we did receive some great news on our two kiddos!

On Wednesday we took Leah into the cardiologist at the children's hospital for a follow up regarding her heart condition.

Leah was born with a small hole in her heart and a narrow artery.

The reports from our adoption agency have always been through and the notes indicated that everything was minor.

However we wanted to follow up asap to make sure.

They did both a sonogram and EKG on her on Wednesday and good news followed..

The holes have been closed up and while the artery is narrow it absolutely nothing to be alarmed about.

We should follow up in a couple of years for another sonogram, however she is healthy and can continue to be very active!

Praise the Lord!

On Thursday we had our first parent teacher conference with Luke's teachers and speech therapists.

They also had good news to report.

He is developing right on target and his speech is getting better and better!

They both agreed what a joy he is to have in the classroom and to work with!

So its always been a dream of mine to dress the kiddos alike...

Lame I know... and kinda difficult since they are opposite genders..

but today I did it and even managed to get a few pictures!
