On Friday night, Jason and I had a holiday party to go to! Luke stayed with Grandma and Grandpa, and mommy and daddy had a DATE NIGHT!! Whooo hooo!

On Saturday, we had a get together with our local adoption group. It really is a group of families that have adopted from all different agencies and countries. It is such a great group of people and we are very fortunate to have gotten to know others who have shared a similar journey!
It was a lot of fun. We played a trivia game with the families and each family had to provide unique facts about their crew and everyone had to guess who the family was!
The kids had two differnt projects.
The first was a pinecone craft. The kids decorated a pinecone with sparkles and glue! Luke did a great job with his, while dad did clean up!
The second was to decorate sugar cookies! Luke was way more interested in eating them than decorating them...
After the projects ended we played a suffed animal gift exchange. Luke was very happy to get his friend Riley's present!
After we did the gift exchange we got all the kiddos together for a group picture...
