Play Dates!!!

Luke and I are very very blessed. We have a great network of friends that stay at home too and have children that are around Luke's age. It is truly a gift from God for a stay at home mom...(or mom on the go with child in tow!-as some like to call it).


This week we met up with a friend/former work buddy at Paradise Park. Paradise Park is AMAZING! I can not get over how AMAZING this place is! So amazing, that we bought a season pass so we can keep going! It is pretty pricey if you don't....They have what is called an Edutainment Center (Educational & Fun!) , which is a big area with different rooms with different themes. One room had water, where the kids could play with water (they had smocks, but note to self...bring a change of clothes because MY child found a way to get REALLY REALLY WET!).







Another room had a ball pit and slides! A lot of fun for Luke and his friend Aaiden!






They had a ton of other rooms (padded room, block room, art room, etc); we did not make it to all of them (hence the season pass!). They also have outside attractions too for when the weather gets warmer.

Today we had a play date with another group of moms at Burr Oaks Nature Center. This was great too, because a lady that works for the Missouri Conservation Park brought out frogs and snakes for the kids to pet!




There is a lot of educational stuff for the kids to do there.










Afterwards we went to eat Pizza. Luke and his friends took a little roller-coaster ride!





Anyway...It was a very busy week and another busy weekend coming up!

The Lunar New Year begins on Sunday (Valentines Day)!
