When I picked Luke up from school yesterday he had one thing on his mind.
A jeep ride at poppy's house. Probably asked if he could go every 5 minutes.
No exaggeration!
So after dinner we went to Poppy and Grandma's house for a jeep ride in the woods.
(yes, its really as awesome as it looks)
(we dressed warm, as the sun goes down so does the temp. the farther down in the woods you go as well, the cooler it gets. that is Jason's hat from when he was a little boy!)
(we had to pull part of this dead tree behind us. just plain cool in Luke's book)
(driving through the water was THE highlight of the trip for Luke).
(isn't this tree just huge and gorgeous)
(I let Luke sit by himself while daddy opened the barn door. it was only 15 feet)
(if poppy does it...so does Luke)
